In the unlikely event that you unsatisfied with your course , we will do everything possible to rectify the situation. We need to be notified of any complaints during your stay and prior to your departure. Complaints received after you have left will not be considered.

Enrolment is accepted on condition that students have no medical conditions not mentioned in advance.
If cancellation is made well in advance a credit note may be given, valid for a year. No refunds will be given for cancellation, accident, illness, loss of property , or any other reason. We strongly advise that you take out your own insurance.
